The Honda fuel system consists of gas lines, fuel pump, the gas tank, fuel filter, fuel injectors or carburators and the combustion chamber.Hondas run on gasoline, ethanol gas blend, diesel fuel or biodiesel blends.
The fuel system provides and stores where it is vaporized fuel to the cylinders, mixed with air and burned to produce combustion.
Whenever you press down on your Honda’s gas pedal, then you control. The valve while the computer controls amount of gas, air to let in is told by the pedal.
The gas is sucked into the engine cylinders, ingnited from the spark plug, making a clean burn that powers the Honda.
Maintaining the fuel in the vehicle clean is very important.
